My approach to psychotherapy indends to help you in concrete and practical ways, giving you the tools you need to solve the problems that have brought you to my cabinet.
In our therapy sessions, all revolves around communication. You should know that every psychotherapy is unique, and will never take you beyond where you want to go. In this process I will accompany you, working together with you to find solutions that you can use to overcome the issues you are facing.
As a therapist and counsellor, I can support you for the relief of personal problems, relationship and/or family issues but I can also guide as a coach during a professional change process, and support for any issues encountered in the workplace (stress, burnout, job changes).
My approach is “solutions oriented” to provide a relief for the person as soon as possible. I am registered with the Belgian Commission of Psychologists. My working languages are French and English.
